Biography
Jana Rine is among the country’s most experienced appellate attorneys. Jana has argued appeals in six federal appellate circuits and has handled numerous appeals in Illinois, Texas, and Missouri appellate courts. Having passed the bar examination in three States with membership 8 federal district courts, Jana has appeared numerous venues including 7 pro hac vice admissions.
Based on her decades of practice, Jana applies fresh insight to litigation and appellate practice applying the basic foundation understanding of due process to the unique procedures applicable to each venue and court. Building a solid trial court file to each case, Jana draws on the finite character of the appellate record to reconstruct a case on appeal.
